The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or compatibility with future Meta API changes. Instagram API access is subject to Meta's approval and may be limited or revoked at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or account suspension by Meta.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
